General Carrying has both a large covered hard stand for sideloader deliveries, and docks for trailer unpacks, providing the best unpack method depending on your products.

With our trucks delivering containers from the wharf while you sleep, our Warehouse has plenty to do when they arrive at 6.00 am. Containers are generally unpacked same day and stock booked in for quick access by our customers. Because we work while you sleep, deliveries are efficient and waiting time is eliminated.

General Carrying unpacks all types of containers. From palletised to difficult hand unloads and repackaging. Our Warehouse team has the experience and capability to meet your requirements efficiently and cost effectively. Same day unpacks are standard, and urgent requests can be catered for.

Our National Warehousing solutions can provide storage for over 35,000 pallets, along with our full pick / pack and order delivery service. This is complemented with a proven customer interactive Warehouse Management System.

General Carrying offers all our customers access to our online system which is capable of providing electronic POD’s, stock reports, stock transaction reports and much more.

General Carrying operates the latest generation forklifts with significantly reduced emissions reducing our foot print on the environment; this coupled with our modern well maintained fleet of trucks allows us to cover the requirements for many industries such as the food industry.

General Carrying uses a local fleet of trucks for pickup and delivery in each state, goods are consolidated in our depots for a cost effective line haul movement between states, bulk deliveries can also be made using our door to door service between states.
